Hi. This little pup is about 4 3/4" tall, likely made of soapstone, but we're not sure. Does anyone know anything about this particular foo dog (origin, age, etc.)? He looks a little different than most other similar pieces & has no visible markings. Also, the even holes inside his mouth look deliberate, like they have a purpose of some sort. Identification help, please?
