Chinese Celadon Ginger Jar

I purchased this 13”h x 8”w celadon ginger jar with incised flowers for only $25 at my favorite consignment store. I just love the muted incised design on the body. It’s not an antique, but I adore the shape and design, and it sits on top of a tall bookcase in my living room. Some people think it’s an urn when they first see it, and I have to explain that it’s just a decorative ginger jar.
