70th Anniversary Republic of China Floor Vase

I purchased this from a “downsizing” sale from a retired couple who told me it was made in 1981 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Republic of China. It has a landscape featuring a contemplative, solitary figure with a poem written on the back about friendship. It is 22” h x 14” w with an 8” wide base. It replaces the beautiful (and heavy) celadon porcelain floor vase my cat broke.
