    Plate is about 7 1/2" wide.
    The blue seems to glow
    Does anyone know a manufacturer or year this could have been made? There is s light scratch on it, but unless you're looking, you can't see it.

    I paid $6 at the flea market today.

      I placed this under the black light light bulb, and it glows. Does that mean anything besides it glows? lol
