I have many mason jars I’m clueless on. I took one picture of each just so I could gain knowledge on their age.

In reading around your various posts, it sounds like your brother bought an old house, and it's full of things left behind by the original house owners, yes?
Hopefully, it's all in the attic and cellar so there is no time pressure to deal with all of it.
