I like this one a lot - an old Utah-Nevada & Idaho Telephone Co. invoice. This company is fairly obscure but it was setup as an outpost to link the West Coast to the Heartland of the USA.
The logo features a Bell and inscribed is "Long Distance Telephone". It also has a butterstamp receiver with wings. Very cool...it is very similar to the early Bell Telephone symbol where the Bell had wings and only "Long Distance Telephone" printed on the Bell. Dated 1926.

There is not a lot of information about this telephone company. I would like to share what I have uncovered so far:
The earliest record found is from the Salt Lake Telegram - 1907:
The Utah Nevada and Idaho company company is strictly a Salt Lake City corporation affiliated with the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone company.
Next:
By 1908, the Utah, Nevada, and Idaho Telephone Company established its division headquarters in Winnemucca, Nevada with offices on the corner of Third and Bridge Street.
In 1909, the Utah, Nevada, and Idaho Telephone Company built a line from Pioche, Nevada to Caliente, Nevada.
In 1920, the Bell Telephone Company of Nevada acquired the Utah, Nevada, and Idaho Telephone Company assets for approximately $64,000.
Many thanks to the Humboldt Museum, LCTS, and Utah Digital Newspapers!
