Schatz Narrow-Plate Standard 400 Day Clock, 1953

Schatz used this narrow-plate movement for only a short time (other makers switched to narrow plate movements and continued using them). This movement is dated 7 53 (July 1953) on the rear. The RR is for Remington-Rand, the importer. This clock has the extra gear with mainspring that a few Schatz standard 400 day clocks have. It offered on improvement, and was not used for long.
