      Your doll is a reproduction of "Hilda" By JDK (Kestner Co.) Germany. She is a very sought after doll by collectors but a bit pricey so many of theses reproductions were done in doll making classes and painted by a hobbyist like yours. You could buy the bod ,hair .eyes ect at the ceramic studio after they fired the paint for you .
      She was made in 1993 . Someone made a beautiful gown for her !
