The book contains two different works:
      One the right is
Title: Guilielmi Estii… Annotationes in praecipua ac difficiliora Sacrae Scripturae loca, secunda edition
      Editor: Willen Van Est
      Publisher Duaci : apud G. Patte?, 1629
Searching the web locates only one copy in the Bibliothèque interuniversitaire Sainte-Geneviève Paris France.
The subject is the Theological writings of Guilielmi Estii while he served as a Professor
The one at the left is:
DE CATHOLICAE ECCLESIAE DIVINIS OFFICIIS AC MINISTERIIS VARII VETUSTORUM FERE OMNIUM ECCLESIAE PATRUM AC SCRIPTORUM LIBRI
      Author or Editor MELCHIOR HITTORPIUS
      Date MDLXVIII 1568
There is a later (1591) edition of this work for sale on the net for about 4000. Go to AbeBooks.com and put the title in the search to read about it.

It is important to note, that the pen inscriptions of the Title page at left probably indicate who the original owners were, and influences the value of the book.
All that said you should get in contact with a Major Book Auction Company for a complete evaluation.
      Good luck.

Please be very careful when excepting an offer from some random name on the net. You need to contact a certified safe place to sell your book. Heritage Auction's does book sales every month or two.

      What an interesting book!

I agree that you should be very careful with this item. Others have given you good advice.
There are two intersting books bound into one volume.
      The second title is called:
Annotationes in praecipua ac difficiliora sacrae scripturae loca.
      - Notes on the main difficult parts of the Sacred Scriptures.
It is a second edition printed in 1629.
The first edition was printed in Douai in 1621.
The author was Willem Hessels van Est (aka ESTIUS, Gulielmus.) (1542- 1613)
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willem_Hessels_van_Est
He was Professor of Theology at Douai, a position which he retained for thirty-one years and which he combined for the last eighteen years of his life with that of Chancellor of the University.
Estius's works were written in Latin and for the greater part were published posthumously as indeed was this book.
Douai or Douay was an important university in Europe at that time. In Latin it is referred to as the "ACADEMIA DVACENSI"
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Douai
At that time Elizabeth was Queen of England and no friend of the Catholics. French universities were full of English Catholic theologians who had escaped from Elizabethan "oppression".

Good luck with the disposal of this rare item.
