Cake Plate and Bud Vase from Paris- marked V Etienne and Bastard, respectively

I am looking for any info on possible vintage and maker of these pieces; I have found a little bit online about the studios/shops they are from, but I'm hoping someone may know more. Both are painted by hand- you can feel the texture of the paint above the glaze on all the little beads around the rim of the plate and on the fruit. Thank you,
