Mystery eegee doll, please help identify!

Hi all I found this doll at a goodwill outlet store (aka the bins) and the most info I could find on her was that she's an eegee doll. I don't know the time period she was made or if she hasa name or what her price range is. All help on identifying her is greatly appreciated. She has the word eegee and a big number 7 on her neck, has a cloth body and plastic limbs, and has blonde hair and blue eyes that blink when you move her. I think they are called sleepy time eyes?
