On base has SEALED L C. S. HALF GALLON LIQUID. Any information would be appreciated. I've Look on other sights but can't find this particular bottle with Elsie the cow around the rim.

Not sure what year..we do have a milk jug collector here...hopefully they chime on.
Cartoon Elsie was created in 1936 ..so has to be after that period.
