Vase with elephant heads, flowers and greenery

I picked this unique vase up at Goodwill but can't seem to find out anything about it...any help would be appreciated! there are no markings at all, but does appear to have a little sticky place where a tag may have been on the bottom...any ideas? thanks in advance..
