Ranch Oak Leather Swivel chair

I have recently been looking to purchase a club chair and ottoman and started realizing how expensive real leather chairs are. Down in my basement I have had this Ranch Oak swivel chair that belonged to my Uncle years ago. Never gave it another thought and went downstairs and realized the leather and wood are in perfect condition. Could not find another when I searched. Love this chair.
