This item is in good condition, there's some faded paint and marks on the bag, a few chips on Garfield, there's some faded paint on his hat, on an area on the hat, there's some sticky residue, because I tried to take off the price tag the best I could, there's some dirt or something on the cotton ball, the original sticker on the bottom is coming off and it's folded, the tag has quite a bit of wear and the stopper is missing. The manufacturer is Enesco.
