Wondering what this is worth . It’s got smooth copper edges and has a date of I believe 2021. Anyone seen this before?

it's weird - like a kind of bad copy from a mold of a dime. the big question is 'WHY??'
It’s a “spooned” dime. Or was stuck in a clothes dryer drum, getting spun for so long that the edge was distorted.
I have a couple of these.
