    Federigo Fabbrini is an Italian ceramicist featured in the permanent collection of the International Ceramics Museum (Mic) in Faenza

    I was curious if the holes for the fingertips had any meaning.

    Also it is the left hand and this is where the English word "sinister" was derived from "la sinistra"

      Depends on the wall color for contrast to the dominant red and is a visual challenge because of the similarities to fingernails which of course should not be there. Really nice.

      Thanks for the comment, interesting what you say about the wall colour behind where you might hang the plaque. I might just decide that colour myself by fixing a piece of paper to the back, my preferred colour - maybe a mustard yellow ;-)
