      Hi, Sparkling7Queen. :-)

Well, the top two marks read "ITALY," and "Kt14," so presumably the necklace was made in Italy, and is 14 Karat gold. It seems like an awfully heavy necklace to be solid 14 Karat gold.

I'm afraid I can't read that third mark, either. You might take it to a jeweler for a better assessment.

24 Karat is pure solid gold. 14 Karat is just an alloy of brass and gold. Still good, just not as good as 24 Karat.

      John2Nhoj, Yup, understood. :-)

Still, at current gold prices, a heavy necklace like that probably contains a non-sneezable amount of gold:

Italian gold smith and silversmith registration mark( star , Number and Province). The Last 2 initial letters stands for Province, and the number is for the goldsmith or silversmith. Each Italian province has their own letters, and each maker has their own registration number.
