BEEN AWHILE SINCE I HAVE VISITED... NEED SOME HELP IN AN ID OF THIS ITEM.. I HAVE NO CLUE OTHER THAN IT MAYBE A KITCHEN ITEM.. STANDS APROX 11" TALL.. WHEELS ARE ABOUT 7" DIAMETER AND SPIN.. WHEELS CAN ALSO BE REMOVED.. WHEELS ALSO HAVE 3 SPIKES ON THE INNER SIDES..

A lot of listings describe it as a "condiment server," but those bowls could easily hold candy, nuts, etc.
