We bought this cute, but big, Vickers gas sign a few years ago from a Wyoming collector and have been waiting for the perfect place to display it. John Vickers started refining oil in Kansas in 1916 and the Company sold out in 1960. We have a few Vickers signs in our collection and they’re eye catchers and remind me of the mid 50s cars as V-8s became the rulers of the roads.
