    1999 Dime - Something different about this one. Seems to have raised edges on both sides more than normal. Back side edge appears to show copper/zinc color.

      If the diameter is less than 17.9 mm, it was done after minting. Normal weight is 2.27 grams. Looks like intentional damage that compressed the edge reeding.
