Nice metal wheels. I believe the original color was black as you can see from where the paint has chipped off. Its not heavy at all weighs 4 oz exact. About 5.75 inches long 13 inches including pull string.
Does anyone have knowledge of this toy’s maker or name brand…..or is it an interesting one of a kind folk art piece?
I was not able to locate one like it in my online search and antique guide books.
Chat gpt4.0 suggests it was made by Roulette & Decamps but it may have been hallucinating as there is no mechanization to this toy.
