This is a remarkable piece from my collection – a Daum France crystal sculpture of the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SL, produced in 1987 as part of a limited edition series.
Handcrafted from clear French crystal, this 1:14 scale model captures the iconic “Gullwing” coupe’s sleek lines and timeless elegance. The piece is signed Daum France and reflects the brand’s renowned craftsmanship in Art Glass.
Measuring approximately 9 cm in height and finely detailed down to the wheels and body contours, it is a superb example of Daum’s automotive-inspired creations from the late 20th century.
A rare find for both Daum crystal enthusiasts and Mercedes-Benz collectors alike.
This 300 SL has been part of my private collection and is currently featured in an ongoing international collectors’ event.
