This lovely lady has an opaque milkglass top and a translucent bottom. Lots of " fire" in the edges of the pieces. This leads me to think ot is an antique piece. It retains remnants of old gold paint. It measures about 5.25 inches long and 4.25 inches wide. It has no marking. I believe it to be Westmoreland.
