I picked this up about a year ago and have not seen another one like it whole doing random searches. I've seen similar color schemes but nothing with a slender shape like this one. If anyone has any ideas of where/when this piece originated, I'd be very grateful if passed along.

Some observations...appears to be Japanese kanjis..looks like a dolphin(?) handle..is that a chrysanthemum flower? Tome the shape looks coffee vs tea vs chocolate..but early tea pots can also be that shape. Looks like Cloisonne style.
Hopefully waki can chime in and shed so.e light on the design.
