Hello all. these wodden figures have been on the mantel at my mom and dads house for as long as i can remember. the inscription on the bottom i believe reads VERMONT CRAFTS BY HANNICH ???? can anyone please give me some insight as to the artist or company that made them. i believe thy would have been purchased in the Detroit area. thanks for your help. Hi, you might want to look at this website. I saw it on another show and tell (above yours a ways) and the carvings on his site look alot like yours. The site is http://chrishammackart.com/ , the name you give is very close to this guy. Hope it helps you, but if not I still like those two you have!
