Just purchase this poster/picture at an auction
it measures 38" x 28"
the picture is on hard board? not paper thin, its about 1" thick

What ever it is, I think the image is awesome!
I'm not an expert by any means , but I've seen SKELLY gas and oil signs and I have built things for refineries. So I would say that is an old school part of an oil refining operation. Maybe like an r&d lab kind of thing.
