This sewing machine is from the early 1900 and could be the late 1800's.
It is in very good condition in it's orginal cabinet with small drawers on each side and has the large foot petal. I'm still doing reseach on this item.
I don't know a thing about sewing machines but could it be Queen City Sewing Machine Co.? This is the patent by Darling and Kitzmiller that was assigned to Queen City:

I do not know anything about a Queen sewing machine but I can tell you this much . It has what is called a fiddle base ( the shape of the bed ) . Which makes it an older machine . I would say from the 1800's . Also the name and some of the flowers appears to be inlayed mother of pearl . Another reason I believe this machine to be from the 1800's .
