    This is an original painting that is framed and professionally matted, do not want to pull it apart looking for artist signature. Does anyone recognize the art? Painting is 20 x 17 inches.

      Knowone knows? Nice double matted framing, guess it is just mardi gras Carnival art that someone spent $300.00 to get it professionally framed.
