      The guy in the center is wearing a Good Conduct Medal-- the guy on the right may be as well.

      also....notice the dress blues does not have any collar E.G.A's, and the dress greens DO have collar discs. Which makes the dress greens photo @1918-1919, and the dress blues uniform pre 1912......
