The guy in the center is wearing a Good Conduct Medal-- the guy on the right may be as well.

No, they are just photos, and in a studio folder....
WW1 and earlier USMC images have a big demand!

also....notice the dress blues does not have any collar E.G.A's, and the dress greens DO have collar discs. Which makes the dress greens photo @1918-1919, and the dress blues uniform pre 1912......
