AR said it all, nice piece
Illinois pocket watch 15 jewek, serial number 1962820 on case CWCC CO and says Cresant 25 years Also Chalmer - dial has numbers. Illinois is on the white face and is straight across the dial with no arch, just plain letters The outside, both sides back and cover, are etched and this watch appears to be gold or gold filled with a 3 hinges. I cannot find this serial number anywhere. I think it is a ladies watch and it is smaller in size as though it was worn around the neck or such, Maybe an 18 size? it is about 1/2 the size of a mans railroad watch
