      Hello goodjunk, I have seen JA Whaley use this base before. If you go to http://www.leadedlamps.com/unkonwhaley.html you can see an example. The heat cap is also similar to ones that he used. Your shade is of very good quality, as his shades are. This lamp is of good size and could do very well at auction. I think $5,000.00+ It might be helpful to upload a picture of the lamp socket cluster as well. Hope this helps you.
