      Really hard to say on the maker/cutter. There are about 6 companies that come to mind at first. A more modern on is Waterford. But the ones that they cut are very large and are primarily trophies. Then Pairpoint, Steuben, Baccarat, Val St. Lambert, San Louis, & 3-4 companies in England and a whole bunch of companies in the Boheiman region. The Pairpoint and VSL usually have an air bubble in the stem.
