    Pictured is a North Vietnamese Army medical bag that was recovered by a LRRP team from the 101st Airborne Division while on a mission in the Ashau Valley. The bag is made of canvas and is waterproof. All of the snaps have the Communist star on them. The small personal flag was taken during the same operation.
