20" x 28" (approx) Abstract signed "Russell 94"

I Bought this in Florida, a large approx. 20" x 28" (not counting the frame) framed abstract signed "Russell 94". It is in the Impasto style and is painted on wood and has a few scratches on background surface. Any help identifying the artist would be appreciated.
