Oak Piano Stool

I just found this at an auction and had to have it. I paid $90 and it's in great condition. It is in great condition. The claws and marbles are just beautiful. I do not know the maker though.

Are there any markings on the bracket that the seat attaches to, spin the seat up & turn it upside down.

walksoftly, I have checked all over and can't find any markings! Thanks for your idea though. That's okay because I still love it. Everyone keeps sitting on it and they are breaking my heart - I still just want to look at it.
