She is newer procelain doll that was mass produced likely from 80's into end of 90's . They were intended for display not toys to sell to collectors but the market on them has dropped to the bottom and they don't sell well and value is very little . She is cute and always can use for decorating a room :-) The makers name will be on back of neck .
