This is an Omas Roma II Millennio.
Bought april 2012 from a Portuguese seller of quality pens.
It is harder and harder to find this type of pen on Ebay because of the many miscategorized items in the Fountain Pen subcategory. And because of the abundance of cheap Chinese junk pens.
