    I have lots of these, different sizes. First pic, the cameo seems to have a seafoam green tint set in what looks like sterling silver cab. Also have what looks like itaglio style cameo.

      Appears to be a handcarved Cameo - more than likely out of Ivory, Bone, or Shell - could also be a light jade since it has green tone.
