Hi ,
I recently purchased this little vase and am really interested to find out more about it and have had no luck to date, it has no markings other than the numbers 4130 etched on the side and 4130 1/2 hand painted on the base .... there is a fait blue circle off to one side that seems blurred .
I would really like to hear from anyone who may be able to assist !

I don't know why, but I am thinking that these are dogs instead of polar bears. That does not help on identifying the vase, but I thought that it might help someone else identify it. Maybe you could post a couple more photos.... TG
