Antique razor with Japanese writing

I would like to hear from someone that has some knowledge as to the age of this razor and it's possible worth. It has Groesbeck & Co. Importers 30 Maiden Lane, New York on the blade. It has gold Japanese writing on the handle on one side and on the blade itself near the hinge.
