Hello all. Is this a military shaving kit of some kind? It has that military look to it, but it does not have any markings that say for sure that I can tell. Pouch has a brass snap that has "Scovill MFG Co" stamped on the inside rim. The pouch is not OD green, but more of a sand/brown/khaki color. The razor and blades are Gillette. Thanks much
