Candy dish? Two layers in Milk class

it is wavy and pretty with pink rims. What can you tell me about this?

    the dish design looks like a square diamond bon bon made my Federal Glass. Replacements and others often make multitiered serving trays from plates, trays and bon bons such as this.

    TC is right about that, but glass from this era was also originally sold like this, too.

    The pink color is a sprayed on paint type of decoration.
