      Better pictures will help. Focused pictures will help with the details. Also the name of the ship-- looks like it is written on the back-- will be a good starting point to figure out country and era (of the ship and probably of construction of the model).

      It looks like more of a diorama than just a ship-- I can see the water, an airplane and what looks like a sailboat!
