Clark Gable and the ladies

I purchased this at a church sale for 10 $, a steal even if its worth nothing considering how much I adore Mr Gable. I think its been reframed, I have no idea when, and it is not a sketch but some kind of print. I have not been able to find one on ebay or anywhere else online. When I searched the address of the sticker on the back it was an antique shop in CA, that i tried to call but no answer. Im wondering if the number on the bottom could maybe track when it was framed? I dont know much about this thats why Im asking. The frame also appears to be an older one, as it has sharp pieces holding the cardboard in place, and the hanger is 2 metal loops holding a wire cord. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I LOVE this picture.
