    This is a Limoges Charger 13 inches. It has the hallmark of an anchor with initials A & L and a Coronet. It is heavily guilded and has 2 game birds on it It has a little wear. I found the hallmark to have been used in France between 1890 and 1914. I have no idea of its value.
