Razor Blade Bank Barber Pole

This is an old Razor Blade Bank or Holder. Back in the day they would put their used blades in this Barber Pole. There is no hole to remove used blades, so when it was full I assume it was tossed out. Has little clips on the side to hang a brush and your razor. Don't know the age or the maker. Makes a great bathroom display item. All paint is original. Thanks for looking.
