ashrtay red glass Skandinave ?

Buy a few week a go in Antique Shop in Nice (France) Not so expensive but this object letteraly : Call Me ( like the famous Blondie song) . it remember me some pictures that i see on a book that i have . i don't remember exactly the name of the tipe of glass probably from Finland Riihimakl . I like the red inside of glass . I'm not really sure , may be some can help me to identificate ?
