Can anyone help me identify this object. Purchased in Greece in the early 1980's.

The object appears to be made of brass or bronze with ivory inlay and stopper with attached spoon/dipper. As shown it is about 4" tall.

Since it's listed in what seems to be the right category, I'm not sure what kind of information you're looking for, mferrari. If there is something more you'd like to know, you might have to be more specific. :-)

chinablue: I'm interested in the origin and the age.

      many thanks.

Oh, ok. *LOL* When you said you wanted help identifying it, I thought you meant "what is it" and that left me scratching my head. Does it have any markings/numbers/letters on it other than the design that you can see in the pictures? Photos of the bottom, the other side and perhaps the spoon might help in dating it and determining the place of origin. First impression, possibly China... but without seeing it better, it's going to be really hard to tell more. :-)

Its for cocaine, see the little spoon? Drug paraphenalia is very illegal, I've called the police.
