My aunt gave me this about 25 years ago and I dont even know what time frame it is from. I have seen some on ebay and stuff but none that the eyes follow you. Anyone have a clue of the ear its from.

Here is one similar in different clothes same shoes . I agree they were carnival give a ways and likely made in USA
